Refurbishment and modernisation of a Grade II Listed house located within a conservation area close to Wimbledon Common. Listed Building Consent has been granted for a sensitive programme of works designed to future-proof the house while respecting its historic fabric.

The project brings the building up to modern living standards, enabling it to serve as a long-term family home for decades to come. Hoban Design is working closely with Nicola Harding & Co. to deliver a carefully considered architectural and interior response.
