This project was a total internal refurbishment of good quality but dated 3,000 sq ft Wimbledon Village House. Driven by the client who came armed with a clear understanding of what she wanted to achieve , Hoban Design worked the client to deliver her imagery to create a contemporary residence. Carried out during the second Covid lockdown, the project was delivered on time, and on budget through repeated site visits to immediately deal with issues, regular updates to the client, and an excellent contractor.
