The refurbishment of a grand Victorian villa within a conservation area, designed to support modern family living for a household of six. The project centres on the creation of a generous kitchen, breakfast and reception space, alongside a new utility and laundry room, all carefully re-planned to improve flow, light and functionality.
The wider scheme includes a master bedroom suite and four additional children’s bedrooms and bathrooms, with architecture and interior design developed holistically to create a cohesive and refined family home. A subsequent phase introduces a pool and pool house at the end of the garden, for which planning permission has been approved and works are currently underway.
