A previously extended Victorian semi-detached property that underwent a complete refurbishment and extension with our oversight.
Hoban Design obtained planning permission, developed detailed architectural and interior design details and then co-ordinated the design team to implement the works.
The standout element is the lower ground floor ‘broken’ plan living, kitchen and dining room spaces, over split levels that not only connect the new extensions with the main house and original elements, but also link to the excavated terrace garden to the rear.
Feature Bauwerk walls, Crittal doors, polished concrete flooring and a bespoke kitchen give a contemporary feel yet link directly with the period decorative elements of the house.
