The former 50’s built house was a 2 storey detached building. The design brief was to extensively transform and extend the house and reinvigorate it for modern living.
The design incorporated substantial alterations to the internal layout, extensions to the front and the rear with new facades and the addition of a second floor. As a result, the previously dated house was transformed into a 5 bedroomed luxury family home.
With contemporary rear features of large corner glazing and sliding patio doors, the new home boasts generous daylighting and opens out and embraces the delicately detailed garden.
