The existing house is approximately 10 years old and is part of an Octagon Homes built development. It is 3 storeys over basement level, semi-detached house, with basement access to communal underground car park.

Internal alterations over the basement, ground and first floor levels have been proposed by Hoban Design to create a dream family home. Suggested renovations of the interior layout and of the exterior of the home are shown in the plans below.

Proposed alterations include a full renovation of the basement level to form new children’s playroom, new reception room and a new cinema/TV room. Proposed works at ground floor include stripping out the existing family room and reception room and forming a new family kitchen area with separate dining area and reception room. The project is currently on site and the works at due to be completed in October 2020.
