An extensive refurbishment and extension of a locally listed manor house located within a private gated estate and conservation area in Surrey. The project involved multiple planning applications and the addition of a substantial stone orangery, alongside a comprehensive internal overhaul.
Works included entirely new structural floors, roof, and services, delivering a highly specified home with integrated sustainability, heating, insulation, home automation, and audio-visual systems. The architecture is complemented by refined interiors developed in collaboration with Mokka Design, with final FF&E installation completing the project
