An interesting ground floor flat just off Parkside was purchased in 2021. At 1,200 feet it was unusually large for a two bedroom apartment, and had an under used patio.
Working with our client, the property was transformed into a contemporary space suitable for down-sizers. All doors were extra wide for future reduced mobility needs, a beautiful smoked oak hall storage joinery was designed and installed.
